The awkward questions
Is my old computer worth fixing?
If it’s more than four to five years old, usually not. We’ll tell you straight before you spend anything. A RAM upgrade on a four-year-old machine can make sense; a new hard drive on a six-year-old laptop rarely does.
Are parts included?
No. Parts are on top of labour, and you get a clear estimate before any further work begins.
What if the job takes longer than expected?
Within the first hour we know what’s wrong and what it’ll cost. Nothing beyond that goes ahead without your OK.
Is there a call-out fee?
No. You pay for the time worked, not for us turning up.
Can you help remotely?
Yes. Onsite and remote are both available, depending on the problem.
What if you make a mistake?
We cover it. You don’t pay for our errors.
